FifteenXV Pty Ltd ("Fifteen", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. It applies to our website at fifteenxv.com.au, our partner portal, and our dealings with prospective and current partners and their representatives.

- submit a form on our website (such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and any information you include in your message)
- become a Fifteen partner or are nominated as a contact for a partner account, including through Journey Bee, our partner portal
- correspond with us by email or phone, or meet us at an event
We also collect limited information automatically when you use our website, including your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and how you interact with our site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the HubSpot tracking code described in section 5.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (such as health or biometric information) through our website, and we ask that you do not submit it through our forms.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- respond to your enquiries and arrange conversations you have requested
- assess, establish and manage partner relationships, including onboarding, quoting, deal support and training through Journey Bee
- provide, administer and improve our services and website
- send you information about Fifteen's services, events and resources where you would reasonably expect it or have opted in (you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us)
- meet our legal and regulatory obligations
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
- within the Fifteen team, so the right people can respond to you
- with Northbridge Systems, our related delivery partner, where relevant to a service, enquiry or partner relationship
- with service providers who help us operate, including our customer relationship management and marketing platform (HubSpot), our partner portal provider, website hosting, and email services, each bound to handle information only for the purposes we engage them for
- where required or authorised by law
5. Cookies and website analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including the HubSpot tracking code, to operate the site, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use our pages, and connect your website activity with information you submit through our forms. This helps us respond to enquiries with useful context and improve the site.
